CONSULTATION
The consultation process sets the tone for your overall design. By the end of the intake phase, I will have a general understanding of your design style and lifestyle and will personalize the design process with the best end result in mind. This phase will include an initial introductory meeting via Zoom or in person.
PROPOSAL
After our initial meeting, I will create a proposal based on our meeting and your needs. The proposal will include the scope of the project and fee structure.
BUDGET & TIMELINE
Following the initial proposal and you have an established budget, we will create a timeline for each phase - from selecting finishes and fixtures to the furnishings and accessories.
DESIGN
During the design phase, you give Birch Knoll Home the freedom to design within your budget and translate the findings from the intake process into a complete design from start to finish. This process, lasting several weeks, culminates in a full design presentation, complete with a digital display and samples to touch and feel, allowing you to understand the vision for your space.
EXECUTION AND INSTALLATION
After approval of design and budget. We begin searching for pieces, placing orders for fabrics, wall covering, and new furniture and accessories. If you are under-going a renovation or new construction, we work closely with contractors to ensure our plans are carried out in the structure and finishes. When construction is complete, the full-service installation process begins, we set up your magazine-worthy space, complete with all the details that make your life better and more beautiful.
